This home consists of five bedrooms in total. Four of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds, providing ample space and comfort for guests or family members. The fifth bedroom features two single beds, making it ideal for children or individuals who prefer separate sleeping arrangements. 

Free internet is provided throughout the property, allowing you to stay connected during your visit. 

Cable TV is available in the guest lounge, providing a range of channels for your entertainment and relaxation during your stay. 

From time to time, there may be occasional power cuts in the area. However, our property is equipped with a backup power supply that will automatically switch on should this occur. Please note that the backup system is designed to power lighting and phone charging only, ensuring you remain safe and connected during any outages. 

House Rules 

We kindly ask guests to respect our house rules: parties are not permitted on the premises, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. 

Should guests exceed five people, an extra charge will be applied to cover additional costs. We appreciate your understanding and recommend contacting us in advance if your group is larger so we can provide full details regarding the applicable fees. 

Local Amenities 

In addition to the facilities available at our property, guests will find a variety of local amenities nearby. Of particular note is Hotel 360, renowned for its panoramic 360-degree views of Kampala. This hotel is also highly regarded for its excellent cuisine, offering guests the opportunity to enjoy delicious meals while taking in stunning vistas of the city. Whether you are looking to dine out or simply want to experience the unique atmosphere, Hotel 360 is an excellent choice during your stay. 

For your convenience, our property is located approximately 25 minutes from Kampala city centre, depending on traffic, which can occasionally be heavy. The airport is about a 35-minute drive away, subject to similar traffic conditions. We recommend allowing extra time during peak hours to ensure a smooth journey to and from our location. 

Munyonyo Commonwealth Resort is also conveniently located, being about a 20-minute drive from the property, depending on traffic. This renowned resort is an excellent option for relaxation, dining, or enjoying lakeside views during your visit. 

For guests interested in exploring the area further, we can organise day trips to local attractions such as the Kasubi Royal Tombs, the Equator, and many more exciting destinations at an additional cost.
